Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy encompasses 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

All our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color or if incorrect shipping details were submitted.

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received product, please submit your order number and a brief description of the issue to our support team at contact@evestyles.com within 10 days of product delivery.

When approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original method of payment, or store credit applied.

Downloadable products (when applicable) cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective damaged or there is a manufacturing error. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at contact@evestylescom

Gifts

If a purchase was made using a gift card or certificate, store credit will be applied.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund or store credit to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Policy

Orders are made to order and processed within 1 to 3 days and shipped within 1 to 7 days. Please allow up to 1 week for processing and shipping of shoes

Orders made shipping to addresses to which our courier cannot ship will be cancelled.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning your item. We suggest you use a tractable shipping service when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
